Genna Intuitive Bodywork respects your privacy. The website does not use cookies and does not collect information about your visit, your IP address or your browser.

The Genna Intuitive Bodywork website offers you the opportunity to respond, for example by requesting information or booking a session. If you respond by email, Genna Intuitive Bodywork will use some of your data (such as your name, address or internet address). Genna Intuitive Bodywork also respects your privacy in this case. Your data will only be used for your request. Your data will not be stored or used for other purposes.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. However, we will not change the way we use your personal information without telling you in advance and giving you the chance to opt out of or prevent the new use of your information.
